this happen each year.....

what else........happy birthday to me!!!!

soooo... that means I'm not 36 year OLD...
I'm simply 4 years shy of being fourty....thats it...haha (put it in a much more positive perspective...heh)

......so what did I get on this occasion???

....of course, a real cake....from my loving wife....

....It's always a good feeling to have a family around you........

....the kids have been longing for one for quite some time now...although i've never had the intention to buy one for myself (let alone for them..hehe), at least they got something slightly similar (in this case the next best thing, in dimension at least)....


Yep, they got a bit overwhelm at first..

...fiddling with the button....

..but the when things got less interesting after a while...

.......and off I go.........hmmmm, kids...

jus lagi.....

...tapi kali ni bukan jus ape, yang ni mmg bagus untuk kita...nak cite panjang mmg malas, yang penting aku mmg layan benda ni dah dekat4 bulan kot.....kesan jangka pendek, berat badan senang nak maintain dan penyakit biasa cam pening kepala (ala2 migrain) dah ilang....

..kesan jangka panjang, dia anti-oxidant, so baik untuk mencegah kanser @ kanker (kalo dekat indon la).....so apalagi...kalo berminat, bole konteki ikut blog ni....orait.....

.....ini jus buah yg ada kat syurga la sheikh.....delima....tp yang ni bukan dari syurga la....hehe...dari Turkiye...
